Registering to Penrith RSLJRUC

 You must have a Rugby Xplorer account to register. Registrations can be completed via the app or website: https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/choose-registration?name=Penrith%20RSL%20Junior%20Rugby%20Union

Open Rugby Xplorer app/ Rugby Portal and sign in by entering email address and password

1. Click “Register”
2. Click 'Find a Club'
3. Select who you would like to register, click “continue”
4. Enter PENRITH RSL JUNIOR RUGBY UNION CLUB and “search”
5. Click PENRITH RSL JUNIOR RUGBY UNION CLUB and “next”
6. Select Registration Role, Registration Type and Duration from dropdowns, click “next” FOR 7s CHOSE 7s JUNIORS
7. Check personal details, click “next”
8. Add a profile photo or click “skip”
9. If required, update address, gender, country of origin, ethnicity and last registered, click “next”
10. Choose privacy status ‘make my profile private’. Selecting no means your name will be displayed in the app on team sheets and live results. If you choose yes, your name will appear as 'name withheld'. Click “next”.
11. Enter emergency contact details, click “next”
12. Additional information

• If U18 enter school, height and weight
• If non-playing members, enter WWC details

1. Saleable items your Club is offering will appear, click “next”
2. Registration summary will appear

• Registration Fees can be expanded to show the breakdown of registration (insurance, state, association and club fees)
• Any early bird discounts will appear here
• There is a 2% transaction fee

1. If applicable, enter NSW Active Kids voucher or Club Discount Code

1. Agree to Rugby AU T&Cs
2. Click “Pay”
3. Select payment option

• Enter credit/ debit card details; or
• Proceed through Zip Pay options

1. Click “Make Payment’
2. Confirmation screen will appear with “Finish” and confirmation email will be sent to the registered participant
